At Serenity, we offer a variety of techniques and coaching packages to relax the mind, body and spirit. Techniques can be used alone or in unison to create a program best suited for each individual’s needs and preferences. Personalized programs support a deeper sense of relaxation or meditative state, producing more lasting results.


Focus is placed on relaxing and reconnecting with the inner self, controlling or coping with thoughts, emotions and fears, and creating positive outcomes to changing situations. 


While spiritual enlightenment is often not a primary goal, some students may experience spiritual awakenings during their journey toward a state of pure awareness of self.
